The staff's warmth stood out most. They greeted me with genuine smiles and kindness and stayed courteous, professional, and ready to help throughout my visit to Thimphu. Food was delicious, with good quality and variety, and service was prompt and attentive. After sightseeing, I especially enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing full body spa. The treatments were professionally delivered and left me feeling rejuvenated. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Thimphu.

Dinner includes decent Indian food, and breakfast is ordinary, though the view is great. The staff are extremely friendly and humble, and always ready to help with genuine care. Rooms are decent, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds, tidy bathrooms, and satisfactory amenities. The higher elevation gives Bhutan Peaceful Residency & Spa a quiet, scenic atmosphere among residential areas. Getting to shops, markets, and the main town can be a little difficult because of the distance and uphill access. It suited me as a peaceful and comfortable place to stay in Bhutan's capital.

We stayed two nights and had a relaxing massage at the spa, which was a nice experience. There were few guests, so the staff kindly made food to suit our needs. We ordered vegetarian dishes in advance, and all the meals were good and satisfying. The hospitality was warm and very good throughout our peaceful stay at Bhutan Peaceful Residency & Spa.

The dining area looks out over the mountains, and I'd say it's worth enjoying a meal there. Receptionist Leekzay greeted us with warm smiles and wonderful hospitality. The stay sits beside a quiet stream amid lush greenery, and it was clean with plenty of amenities. It has been one of my best stays on this trip so far, and I'd want to come back.

The people here, from the staff to the owners, really try to make your stay the best they can. If you want to get to know Bhutanese culture and experience it, this felt like the perfect place. Everyone was kind and helpful, and made my stay special. It was one of the most wholesome and amazing travel experiences I've had so far. I would have stayed longer if my trip hadn't been booked to continue elsewhere.
