The host was extremely kind, and we had a very comfortable room with nice beds. Our booking didn’t include breakfast, but we found some excellent cafes in town. Try Wings and Feathers for breakfast, and it’s also a great place to work. Craft Kitchen and Cafe at the Art Box is worth a stop too. Getting into town costs about $6 each way, and there are no Ubers. You can walk, but it’s a fairly long trek and can get hot. A very good choice if you’re staying in the capital.

We felt right at home with George and Monique. The place was spotless, and the rooms were big and comfortable. Monique was an awesome host, and their breakfast was the best, especially the excellent creole buns. Don’t miss them. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely awful. We booked a room for the night, but when we arrived, nobody was there. We called, and they said they’d tried to contact us, though they hadn’t, and that the room was unavailable because of water issues. Now they’re refusing to work with Expedia on a refund and ignoring our calls and texts. This is theft. These people are liars and thieves.
