Gabby helped us check in and made sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. For our first visit to Caye Caulker, we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. My husband and I spent 12 nights here. The apartment was clean and matched the listing, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Security clearly matters to them, and we felt safe on the property. Shops, restaurants, and beaches are only a few minutes’ walk away. It was a fantastic fit for our budget.

We had a bad experience with the apartment manager at checkout, but have no complaints about the apartment itself. The rooms are great, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a small kitchen. It’s close to everything, yet far enough away to be much quieter.

The manager came into our room once, with our consent, while we were out. She left a new kitchenette after the previous one had been ruined, and took the AC controller because we had forgotten to turn off the AC when we left for an hour. She ignored our messages and only returned the next day with the controller. She also wouldn’t give us more garbage bags or toilet paper, even though we were staying a full week. The location is good, near the ferry, bank, and laundromat. Having kitchen facilities mattered to us, and many places didn’t have them. But the room wasn’t clean: the floor looked barely swept, the kitchen cleaning products hadn’t been replaced, and the sheets had stains.

A nice little apartment right in the heart of Caye Caulker. It’s pretty basic, but just what we wanted for the price. They were friendly and helpful, and the buggy pickup from the ferry was a nice touch.
