The location is great, and the staff were very pleasant. The restaurant and bar were busy, with good food, but service was slow. There was also constant, very loud music. The cabin rooms were poorly fitted out. It took 30 minutes for the shower water to get hot, and the basin had just one tap with no hot water. The beds and linen were clean, though the linen had stains. There was no shower soap or other amenities, and the toilet waste basin wasn’t collected for two days. It came across as a bar bistro for locals, with no effort put into the accommodation.

It’s a bit of a walk from the town centre, but the riverside spot is worth it for a late afternoon drink. The atmosphere was fun and friendly.

The nearby pub is good and popular with locals. The location is quiet, but the rooms are dated and could use a refresh.

I’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely come back. The food is good, the riverfront setting is lovely, and the rooms are cozy, have AC, and are a great price. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was that the internet is kind of slow. Aside from that, I really recommend this place.

The location is great, though it can be hard to find, and the owner was very nice. The food was fine, but service was slow enough that my daughter finished her meal before her drink arrived. The staff were friendly enough. In the cabin, the AC barely did anything and might as well have been inoperable. At least the shower’s cold water let me cool off. Mostly, the low score comes down to the room’s high price for what we got.
