We had 14 of us stay at Solaria Villas for a great Belize trip. The houses worked really well for families, with a quiet, private setting and good access to San Pedro and Secret Beach. They were set up perfectly for our families, and we really enjoyed the private swimming pool. Simon and his team at Sunrise Property Management were amazing and very service oriented. They answered questions right away, provided baby cribs and high chairs for us, and were so helpful arranging excursions, golf carts, and transport from Tropic Air to Solaria Villas. This was my second stay at a property managed by Sunrise, and service was top notch both times. The houses looked just like the photos. Two onsite property caretakers look after the grounds, and they’re friendly, willing to help, and happy to answer questions.

We came with 15 friends and rented both Solaria II and III. The place is gorgeous inside and had everything we needed. Being a little way out of town made it peaceful, while still putting us closer to Secret Beach. The staff were quick to help whenever we needed something. Leaving this luxurious spot was hard!

On our first trip to Belize, staying at Solaria Villas turned out to be just right. The hosts, views, and beautiful accommodations all went beyond what we expected. Thanks for letting us enjoy such a wonderful place.

Being four miles north of town was a real plus, with less of the busy traffic and easy access to secret beach. We went diving almost every day and could be picked up by boat right at the property for the dive shop or site. The manager was a big help booking activities and kept us supplied; he also cleaned the pools every day. The house was spacious, clean, well cared for, and had plenty for cooking. We had a great time and plan to stay again next visit. Ckp
