Oakview Lodge & Marina

The room was calm and comfortable, the staff were so kind, the food was unforgettable, and the night sky was full of amazing stars. It’s such a lovely lodge, I’d absolutely recommend it. The bath water temperature wasn’t steady, and the Wi-Fi was a bit disappointing. Everything else was more than perfect.

A peaceful hotel that’s great for a relaxing vacation. The waterfront is the highlight, with canoes, pedal boats, and more to use. The staff are lovely and always ready to help and make sure you’re happy. I loved the vegetarian rice at my last dinner. It was hearty and delicious. I’d recommend this place completely!

The rooms have tasteful decor that gives them real charm, and the views are lovely. There’s a beautiful beach with kayaks and canoes for exploring nearby. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and there’s live music, too. It’s also a handy base for visiting local spots like Algonquin Park or the wolf conservatory. The staff are friendly.

The location is out of this world, and the lodge is sparkling clean, with shelves full of books and games guests can use. The food was awesome, too. I’d recommend staying here if you want to unwind with people you care about. Anna and Greg went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived late because of traffic, but Anna knew we planned to eat at the restaurant and kept it open an extra hour. Our table was already set when we got there. She also shared lots of ideas for things to do nearby and printed a map for our hike. On our last day, Greg took us out on their boat to see the lake area. It was a great experience, and one of the best places I’ve stayed.
