Le Genévrier

We camped in a tent at La Genevrier for two nights. The staff were very friendly, and the camp has a nice beach, though it was crowded with people who weren't necessarily staying at the camp. The toilets and showers cost extra to use and weren't very clean. It was loud at night, with people playing music through speakers. In general the campground was too crowded and not peaceful at all.

The pull-through sites are roomy, the amenities are clean, and the campground itself is excellent. There's a beautiful trail from the campground, too. A great base for seeing local sights and Île aux Coudres!

Lovely campground, well located, with spacious sites. They also have beautiful cottages.

Prices are good and the staff are nice, but the washrooms and showers need cleaning and pest control. There were cockroaches everywhere. Even with an empty campground, they put all the campers right next to or across from one another. Most of us camp to get outdoors, away from the city and people, not to have neighbours snoring beside us.
