We were expected to close the mortgage and move in even though the place wasn't finished. The tradesmen were rushing around during our inspection, and the appraiser had to go three times because work was still incomplete. We couldn't close without the appraisal, and the builder charges interest for every day we don't close, all because of their negligence. We were given plywood countertops until Pace is ready to install proper ones. They also sold us a townhome with an unfinished first-level room that's apparently an upgrade. We waited 5 years at our cost. This is the most unprofessional builder, with no compassion for what they've put everyone through. Apparently it's all legal. Good job, Pace!

Four years later, they're claiming "bankruptcy", after we had already chosen upgrades and other people were living there without closing and throwing money away on a house they OWN. Complete scam and waste of time. I'll NEVER buy from or deal with this builder again. They should be ashamed. I hope everyone can track them through their upcoming name changes so we don't get scammed again. Complete waste of time.

I really like how the building looks, and the organization has been professional with me. I bought a pre-construction executive town unit at the urban north Barrie project in summer 2019. So far, they’ve been honest and given me proper disclosures. My only concern has been a flooring change, but the contract said they could switch it to material of equal or greater value, and this replacement is better. See you in March 🤞🎉

The vignettes looked beautiful, as usual, and I got distracted by them even though stock was low. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t know the layout. The parking lot and store were under construction, which cut into the floor space and reduced parking. The lower ceiling compared with the location on Steels made the place feel claustrophobic.

They took my home and resold it for more money without telling me. Biggest scammers there are, this developer is a complete joke. So you scammed people for their money while you could, and now you’ve gone bankrupt. Embarrassing 😂😂
