Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Belleville, ON

The pool was the problem for us. After swimming, several people in the family had irritated skin and burning eyes. The chemical levels seemed to affect more than our skin: our swimsuits and clothes were discolored, and our hair was noticeably damaged. We couldn't enjoy the pool after that. We stayed February 18-21, and otherwise had a comfortable visit. The room and location were great, and the complimentary breakfast was good, especially for the kids.

Our King suite was huge, and everything was clean. The plentiful breakfast had lots of choices, and you could tell they work hard to keep things up to par. Service was exceptional. The best value for money of any hotel we've ever stayed at. Absolutely incredible place, and we'll stay again if we're in Belleville.

Hot water was hard to get. We had to turn the tap almost all the way up just to get it somewhat warm. We also couldn't use our key cards at the back or side door, so had to walk around the building to enter through the front. When I asked why, I was told they were letting people who use drugs into the hotel and wanted to see who was coming in. Fine, but there was never anyone watching the front desk. What are the cameras for? I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel texted to ask how things were going; I said poorly and explained why. Later the front desk lady called me, and she was involved in one of my many complaints. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and I couldn't believe how ignorant she was. I realized it was her and called her out, but she denied it, lol. Horrible stay. I'll never go back!

My husband and I stayed one night and really liked the modern decor in our room. The breakfast area was open, clean, and nicely decorated, and the front desk person and other staff were welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of choices for a light, healthy start. It was a pleasure staying here, and we'll keep it in mind next time we're in Bellville. Nice, clean, enjoyable. We recommend it!
