TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville

The room was huge, with a really nice bathroom, a full-size fridge, and everything in good shape. The hotel was very clean, parking was great, and the pool was nice. Staff were good and check-in was easy. Breakfast was included, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Try Greek Oasis down the street for absolutely amazing food. We even got a small gift bag. The hotel is just off the 401.

Michael, the General Manager, made a lasting impression with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to guests. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and his thoughtful gestures made it memorable. His leadership seems to set the tone for the whole team. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, with a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you arrive. Our experience exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find hospitality like this, and we’d gladly return. Highly recommended if you want a beautiful place to stay with remarkable service.

Christina and her front desk staff went above and beyond to sort out a couple of hiccups. I’ve dealt with hundreds of hotels over the years, and no staff have stood out to me like the team here, especially Christina. Fabulous place to visit, outstanding job. Other hotels can only wish they had a Christina working for them.
