We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the house was very clean, and the owner promptly answered our questions. The back deck was fantastic, with plenty of places to lounge and sit. There was lots of room for our group of five, and the house was well appointed. My only criticism is that the upstairs bathroom is very small, though that’s not a big deal in an old farmhouse. We walked to dinner at the outstanding Bloomfield Public House and also enjoyed Matron Fine Beer, both within walking distance. It’s a great base for exploring the county and Bloomfield, and I’d stay here again.

The place was just as described, and property management responded quickly. It was a very enjoyable stay for our group of friends, with restaurants and walking paths close by.
