Mountain Walk - Blue Mountain Resort

We had a lovely bachelorette stay at Mountain Walk. The condo was spotless and beautifully styled, and it even has a sauna inside. The house rules were laid out clearly on a sheet on the counter, which was helpful. You can walk to the village, parking is available with two passes, and the place felt safe. I'd happily recommend it and book again.

The condo was really big and bright, but it needs some updating. There was mold on the shower grout, a big stain on the living room carpet, and a thick layer of dust on the tallboy dresser in bedroom 2. It was okay, but I don't think I'd stay again.

Being just across the street from Blue Mountain Village made this a great spot. It's close to everything but far enough from the busiest areas, which can get annoying at peak times. The condo was roomy, stylish, modern, and very clean, with everything we needed. There was a roomy front entry with benches for boots and coats, plus a ski equipment locker right outside the door. My only gripe was the lack of cable or satellite TV. Still, I can't recommend the place enough.

We booked River grass more than a month ahead, but only found out at arrival that the front desk had moved us to this place as an “upgrade.” It wasn't an upgrade: we lost access to the pool and hot tub. The room was noisy, dirty, and smelled awful, several lights didn't work, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. When we called management, they didn't want to help. We went back to the desk and were offered free breakfast, but had to keep explaining that this wasn't what we'd paid for. Extremely disappointing.
