Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort

The room is as advertised, quite small, but the view from the window was world class. Carolyn was a lovely host, and the location is fabulous.

Coffee on the beach, with seals playing below and eagles flying overhead, was my favorite part. The view is hard to put into words. We came for a romantic weekend away, and this little resort was a wonderful surprise. The suite had tasteful, modern decor and looked freshly remodeled. After dinner, the hot tub was lovely, and the fireplace was perfect for curling up beside. The manager, Carolyn, was quite a character and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Carolyn. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fun, enjoyable stay with lots of wildlife sightings. It’s a great place for a family get together or a group that feels like family. The kitchen is well equipped, with dining space for up to 12 people.

We were so happy here that we added another night to our honeymoon. The ocean view is stunning, and the resort feels private and peaceful, away from the island towns’ hustle and bustle. Our room was just right, with a super comfy king bed, a kitchen the perfect size for two, and a jacuzzi that suited a romantic getaway. The English couple staying there and helping the owner were so friendly and accommodating. After we booked an hour in the hot tub, they helped set it up. We mentioned wanting a fire, and while we were soaking they prepared a rock fire pit for us, ready when we got out, shaped like a heart. Such a sweet touch. We couldn’t have picked a better honeymoon spot and would definitely return.
