The natural setting was the only nice part of the stay. I rented a chalet and found mouse droppings in the pots and pans. During a storm, the pipes froze and we couldn’t flush the toilet. I asked for water jugs and got no response, with nobody at reception either, so I left early. My deposit wasn’t returned, and there was zero communication. A fraud investigation is now in progress. Look up the place’s history before booking. Horrible.

The beaches, sand, people, facilities, rentals and trailer parking were all fantastic. It’s family owned and run, and this is the nicest park I’ve stayed at, even after visiting lots of them. My favourite little friend was Logan, such a nice boy and already knows how to run a business at just six. See you next year, Logan. Big Rick and Nancy.

This is our annual retreat whenever we’re in the area. There are two beaches, water attractions and kayaks, with plenty for the whole family to do. The property has lots of hiking trails, and there are more within a 15 minute drive. Groceries and other amenities are up the street, though once you’re at camp it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The staff are always incredibly accommodating, the property stays clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed. We have a great time every year.

We found this hidden gem at the last minute and had a wonderful time with our group of eight and four trailers. Mark and I came with Jenny, Malcolm, Karen, Lawrence, Brad and Susie. Once we got the trailers into place, we had a lovely view of the falls, beach and water park. Getting them in was a bit tricky, though. The path to the trailer park is narrow in spots for large trailers or buses, and Brian had to trim some branches so we could get through. He’s always improving the park and has added pods to stay in. Brian and his family own the park. We got to know him, his wife Leslie and their children, and Brian shared lots of great stories. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The sandy sites, beach and outdoor washroom pods were all clean. The smash burger truck served delicious food, with a nice eating area overlooking the falls. There are trails over to the falls and throughout the park. We had a great time with our friends and would recommend the place. We’ll be back. Thanks, Brian and family!

The campground is in a stunning location, but there was a lot of rubbish and toys scattered around our spot when we were shown to it. The washrooms were disgusting. When we raised the cleanliness issues with management, they barely shrugged and didn’t apologize. We’d already paid for two nights, but left after the first and weren’t refunded.
