We stayed here with family over Christmas while visiting Blackfalds, and the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. They were friendly and accommodating, and the management and staff alone make the stay worthwhile. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed having the fitness center and hot tub. The staff are what made our daughter’s wedding weekend so memorable. Angie went above and beyond while helping us book and block off an area of the hotel, keeping everything organized and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everyone we met was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely glad to help. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a business suite. It was spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable, with a mini fridge and microwave that came in handy. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the hotel was beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. We especially liked the quiet, clean hot tub and sauna area as a place to unwind. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and care exceeded our expectations. The amenities were excellent, and it was clear the hotel takes pride in guests’ experience. We’ll be back and will recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you for making this important weekend feel so special and relaxing!

The morning service was the standout. We’d mentioned the night before that we’d be leaving before breakfast started, and they kindly packed food into brown paper bags for us. That was unbelievably thoughtful. I’d give the service six stars if I could. We arrived fairly late, slept well, and woke up refreshed. The beds were soft but still supportive, the pillows were fluffy, and the blankets kept us warm.

Angie and the rest of the team gave me the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. The shared kitchen is a real asset when you’re on the road and don’t want to eat out every night. The gym could use some attention: its treadmills are outdated, and the tread is slipping, so they need replacing or at least a tune-up. A basic wall-mounted pull-up bar would help too. Thanks!
