Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston

Our first stop on a road trip from Québec city to California was such a good one. The room was spotless, the beds super comfortable, and breakfast delicious. The man at the front desk, who said he was from India, and Eric Kim, the breakfast chef, were both wonderful. I can’t remember the front desk man’s name, but they made a great impression. My daughter, husband, dog, and I all enjoyed our stay. I doubt we’ll find a better hotel 😊

The pool and gym were great to have, and the whole stay worked really well for our family and our dog. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were a pleasure, especially Eric in the breakfast and kitchen area. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make the stay memorable. We’d definitely return.

I’m from Kingston and recently needed a quiet night on my own. This was a new, clean place, and I was happy with my stay. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the layout, especially the shower, would bring me back. It’s a simple, classic hotel without anything fancy. I didn’t need to deal with the staff, so I can’t say much about the service, but I have no complaints and would recommend it.

Kate at the front desk and Rodel from maintenance always remember us and greet us with a smile. When our fridge gave us trouble, Rodel had it working within five minutes, while Kate offered space in the fridge and freezer so our food wouldn’t spoil. They’ve also brought us plates for takeout and checked in during our stays. We come here twice every four months, and every visit reminds us why it’s our go-to. The whole team makes us feel welcome, and the breakfast staff keep everything fresh and tidy and greet guests warmly. Thanks to Kate, Rodel, and everyone there, it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
