Green Acres Inn

The inn has a country feel and plenty of room to get outdoors, set well back from the main road even though it’s in a lively part of Kingston. Getting around town was easy, and parking, access to the rooms, and the things you need are all right there. It’s clean, well kept, and a comfortable place to come back to after a day in Kingston. The rooms felt a little dated but were cozy. Best of all, the staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and looked after. Great for a business trip or a holiday. - Clayton

We’ve found our home away from home in Kingston. The suite is spacious, with coffee machines, a toaster, microwave, fridge, and proper dishes. There’s a whirlpool and a double shower with plenty of hot water, and the beds are comfortable. The grounds are clean, and there’s care in the details throughout. It’s dog friendly too.

After a poor experience at another place in the city, I was impressed by how kindly I was treated here. Dan gave me really lovely service and went out of his way to accommodate me. I’d recommend staying here and will book again.

Our stressed dogs got wonderfully quiet nights here. The three dog friendly rooms open onto a lovely private green space, and the rooms were so quiet that our pups could get plenty of sleep. The inn also has beautiful grounds for walks. The rooms were smartly decorated and very clean. The mattresses were a bit like concrete, though, and the towel rack didn’t always stay attached to the wall. Still, I’d absolutely recommend it.
