The staff are what made both visits memorable. Miguel in the breakfast room was so friendly and patient, keeping his composure with a difficult, demanding guest. I’ve stayed here twice while bringing my daughter back to Queens and loved it both times. The rooms are nice, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast deserves a mention too, the selection was huge and everything was really tasty. I highly recommend the hotel for a Kingston trip, and I’ll stay again whenever I’m back.

The breakfast staff were especially lovely, always smiling, kind, and happy to help, which made my mornings better. I spent about three weeks here and had no problems at all. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and all the facilities worked properly. The warm atmosphere made it feel like home during a long stay. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely book this hotel again if I return to Kingston. Highly recommend!

We stayed in town for a wedding, and this hotel was just what we needed. Booking and check-in were simple, and it was good value. Our clean, unfussy room looked out over the lawn and trees. The autumn leaves were just starting to change, which made the view extra nice. Breakfast was included, too. We liked being a little outside the bustle, while still only a short drive from downtown. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were very kind, and although the building is old, it’s well maintained and clean inside. Breakfast was nice too. But the room’s facilities made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep all night. I won’t stay there again for a night’s rest. You can hear the noise from the attached shorts.
