Comfort Inn & Suites

The facility is nice, and I was glad they had a pet-friendly room since I needed one while family from out of town visited and I was short on space. I booked two rooms. The problem was that our pet-friendly room was on a floor full of hockey kids running and yelling in the hallway all night. The dog kept barking, and nobody got a decent night's sleep. A little disappointing, and it didn't seem very well thought out.

The only real hiccup was getting ice. We were on the main level, where the ice machine was broken, so we had to go up to the 4th floor. One elevator was out of order too, though that didn't affect us otherwise. The staff were great, and Vanessa at reception was especially helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had just about anything you'd want. No gluten-free bread, but the eggs and bacon were spot on. We stayed one night at the Bradford location, enjoyed it, and would definitely stay again.

The bed and bedding were super comfortable, and the place was scrupulously clean. It seems new and is in good condition. Breakfast was included, pretty standard, nothing amazing.

One elevator was out of service, and there was a leak in the main common area, though they dealt with the leak quickly. Otherwise, it was a very nice, new hotel. The rooms were well kept, and I saw the cleaning staff working diligently. I also noticed lots of accessibility features. We were there for a U11 hockey tournament, and the staff were cordial, understanding, and went out of their way to welcome and accommodate our out-of-town team. The included breakfast was delicious with a good variety. I highly recommend staying here in the area.
