Howard Johnson By Wyndham Brampton

The continental breakfast and morning coffee were a nice part of my stay. The hotel has been renovated and looks beautiful, with a big king bed and a really nice, spacious shower. I had a great time here. The doors could use better soundproofing.

I have a bad back and hip, but woke up with less pain than I’ve had in a long time. The mattress was fantastic, and I’d love to know where to buy one. We dropped in at the last minute without a reservation, and I was impressed by how clean the room was, especially compared with another similarly rated hotel group we’ve used several times this past year. The linens were bright white, the floor was fresh, the shower was hot, and customer service was excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The renovation has made a real difference. The lobby and shared spaces feel fresh, and the rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and have updated amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival through checkout. I was really impressed with the newly renovated Howard Johnson, and it was a great experience for the price. Highly recommend.

The night receptionist made a simple booking take an hour. He couldn’t explain basic details, seemed unprepared, and kept giving us unclear and incorrect information. In the end he still couldn’t complete the booking, and our time was wasted. This wasn’t what we expected from the hotel. I hope management addresses it and provides proper training.
