Canad Inns Destination Centre Brandon

The one thing I came up with after five days was that the toilets should be standard size, since not everyone is short-legged, lol. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because we were too busy, but we loved Canad Inn and the atmosphere. From arrival to departure, every staff member treated us like royalty, answering questions about amenities quickly and with a smile. The rooms were bright, spacious, and very clean. The restaurants were wonderful, with portions so generous we felt we needed carrying away from the table. The bar staff kept our glasses full and chatted with us. What an amazing five-day vacation!

Brandon means a lot to me, and Canad Inns Destination Centre Brandon has become part of my story there. I’ve stayed a few times, and it’s consistently comfortable and dependable, so I’m looking forward to visiting again. The restaurants serve reliably good food, and the clean, well-kept indoor pool is a nice way to unwind after a long day. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s an easy option when I don’t feel like going out to eat, and I’ve always had a good experience.

We had children with us and it was already quite late, so after waiting an hour without any guidance or update about the CO2 leak, we booked another hotel. We were there for less than 45 minutes and never slept there, so we want a full refund. We’ve tried reaching the manager several times by phone and email, but haven’t received a single response. The communication and customer service were awful. At this point it’s frustrating and ridiculous, and it’s not worth a star.

The Aaltos restaurant manager made breakfast stressful by being rude. The hotel itself looks run-down and dirty, and badly needs updating. The hot tub and waterslide were under repair, as they seem to be every time, and we didn’t get the right number of beds in our room. After a misunderstanding, check-in took over an hour, and the hotel did nothing to make up for the hassle. We asked for a topper for the pull-out couch, but got a thin sheet instead. I could still feel the springs in my back. You’d think a hotel beside the Keystone Centre would know how to handle weekends busier than normal.
