The mini sticks room and lounge made the weekend especially fun, and the amenities were a 10/10. We were there with our U11 hockey team, and the friendly staff and great rooms made this one of my favorite hotels we've stayed at with any of our kids' teams.

The kids had plenty to do between the board games, arcade-style games, and pool slide, which was my 11-year-old's favorite part when I asked. Staff were easy to approach and friendly, and the hotel was great with our team during the hockey tournament. We had a great weekend and would come back.

We'd stay here again. Restaurants, fast food, and a small grocery or convenience store are all within walking distance. The hotel looks to be fairly new and is in beautiful shape, with a really good pool and fitness room. There's also a lounge with a TV, arcade game, foosball, and board games, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast included with the room was a nice touch. I was in town for work, and this turned out to be a perfect spot. The room was very comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me.

A boiler broke during our stay in Brooks over the weekend, leaving a block of rooms without hot water and affecting our visit. The problem was fixed as soon as the hotel learned about it. The next day, Manager Heather called me, listened with real compassion, explained what had happened, and generously compensated me for the inconvenience. I appreciated how she handled it, especially since the breakdown was outside the hotel's control. A classy response, and I'd stay here again.
