A few things could have gone better. Nobody told us about the ski lockers or gave us the lock combination, which was frustrating, even if we should perhaps have known to ask. I also called about clearance for our SUV with a Thule on top, but the front desk wasn't much help. If we'd known about the valet lot for rooftop boxes, we'd have paid the small fee. Driving in a snowstorm without rear visibility is no fun, and a roof box solves that. The restaurant food was just okay for the price, and the place felt chaotic despite attentive service. Their policy of reserving window seats for reservations made little sense to the families we spoke with: empty tables overlooking the village and lake stayed unused while walk-ins sat inside. This isn't Manhattan. The bar also looked tired, with broken shelf lighting and a generally unkempt feel. Given how nice and prominent it is in the large lobby, it should be tidy, bright, and lively. Still, it stays open until midnight, which was handy with older kids, and staff were quick to help. The hotel itself was great for our family of four, with a perfect loft suite, ski-in, ski-out access right in the village, and a convenient parking garage. The hot tub and other amenities were excellent, we never waited more than a minute for an elevator, and staff were attentive even while busy. We'd definitely return.

The location made it easy to get to the village, restaurants, and outdoor activities, which is a real plus for anyone visiting Blue Mountain. I met an out-of-town client at Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain recently, and their stay left a great impression. They enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and beautiful, well-kept rooms. As a local realtor, that kind of first impression matters when showing the area to buyers. I’d happily recommend the hotel and look forward to bringing more clients there.

I came for a conference and ended up feeling right at home. It’s now one of my favorite Marriott stays. The room was newly renovated, with modern touches, a fireplace, and a balcony on the quiet side. I imagine the village-facing balconies look spectacular with the holiday lights. There’s a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, complimentary bottled water, and a dining table. Families also have a double sofa bed. The bedding felt smooth and supportive, and I slept well. The spacious lobby has a pleasant fragrance, and the front desk team was helpful. Special thanks to Henrique, who was attentive and quick to resolve questions. The hotel backs onto paths leading to the village shops and restaurants. I do wish the doors were automatic like the ones by vehicle drop-off, though those drop-off doors are a little confusing because they lead to the quiet side rather than the village. There’s a daily resort fee for facility use, which may include underground parking. My stay was relaxing, and I’d definitely return.

The heated pool was a highlight, and it seemed like maintenance and general upkeep have improved, which made it even nicer to use. We also found the location handy for the village and nearby activities. From beginning to end, the service was amazing, with genuinely friendly, welcoming staff. We had a wonderful stay at Trillium Westin Blue Mountain and would gladly come back.

The hotel restaurant had a nice view of the property and a good range of food and drinks for guests. I was staying here as a travel advisor, and the welcome started as soon as I entered the lobby. Everyone was friendly, and at check-in the staff did their best to help with what I needed. Jay was especially polite and helpful. My room was clean and had the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I’d recommend the property to my clients and to anyone planning a visit to blue mountain.
