Bayview Hotel

We came with a team and had a top-notch stay. Having the pool and spa open until 11 was a big deal for a team of teens, and there was a very good breakfast spread too. We’d definitely stay again.

The pool was nice, and that water slide was awesome. The rooms were pleasant, the beds comfy, and breakfast was delicious. The workers were nice too. One thing, the blankets felt like they were heating me up while I slept, though I guess that depends on each person's body temperature. It's a really nice hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it. 😃

The pool was the disappointing part of our stay. My kids had been looking forward for months to using the slide, but on both nights a large group of young men ignored the posted rules. They climbed on the outside of the slide, went down three or four at once, ran up the stairs, and crowded the stairs instead of queuing at the bottom. They also took buckets of ice from the hotel machine, dumped it into the hot tub, and threw ice at each other. Front desk staff came in and warned everyone that the slide would close if the behavior continued. That didn't seem fair to families whose kids follow the rules, since they could lose their chance to use it because of other people. I think the hotel should have put a lifeguard there or removed the people causing trouble. It was a shame to see one unsupervised group create that much chaos in such a beautiful, expensive hotel. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the property was well maintained. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I've had.

Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, and staff kept bringing out more while we ate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean with firm, comfortable beds. We had a great weekend and would stay here again.
