The underground parking with EV charging was a fantastic extra, especially on cold days and in the hot summer sun. The hotel was modern, clean, and nice, with a hot breakfast each day. It’s right off the highway, so getting downtown was quick. We had a very good stay; the staff were good, though they could have been friendlier.

The front desk employee was outstanding: kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He showed me several rooms, brought replacement pillows when I reported the smell, and did everything he could. The location is great, and the rooms and parking are spacious and convenient. It’s a shame the room issues were so persistent. The first room smelled strongly of body odor, as if it hadn’t been aired out for months. I asked to move, and the second room was only a little better, with odors still lingering. I ended up in a ground-floor room without carpet because it smelled cleaner, but the floor felt sticky, like it hadn’t been rinsed well after cleaning. There were hairs on the pillowcases in both rooms, and the pillows themselves had the same unpleasant smell when I lay down. I travel and stay in hotels often, and have rarely encountered this level of persistent body odor, poor airing, and pillow hygiene problems.

We were only there one night, so I can only speak to a short stay. Staff were kind and helpful, and the location worked well: we could walk to a couple of restaurants we went to and drive to a mall. The included breakfast was okay, and suited us since we just needed something before leaving early. The room was fairly clean, though there were carpet stains. I’d stay again for another short visit.

We stayed one night and had a comfortable bed on a quiet floor. The staff were friendly and helped accommodate our dog in the room. The location was handy for nearby restaurants and entertainment. I’d certainly stay again.
