The rooms were clean and breakfast was solid. On my first trip to North America, I had a really nice time here. The owner was German, like me, and gave us lots of good tips on where to go for a great time.

The quiet location is just minutes from downtown Victoria, and Richards looked after us like family. Our room was spacious and very clean, though it could use a bit of an upgrade soon. The bed was a little squeaky and the mattress quite hard. Breakfast was great, with a freshly made omelette, fruit, croissants, cereal, fresh coffee, and more.

We had a generously sized room that felt comfortable and private, and the hosts were extremely friendly. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Victoria while staying away from the busy area.

Charly and Patti were very friendly and had plenty of tips for places to visit. We only got to spend one night at this beautiful B&B, in the lovely, cozy "Serengeti" and "Hemingway" suites. If we return to Victoria, we’ll definitely book here again.

The hosts were so sweet, and our room was very clean. We were outside Victoria’s bustle, so it was quiet. Breakfast was huge, and they catered to food allergies. We had a great stay.
