Cheryl is the kind of manager you hope for. She always goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable, and we had no problems during our stay. When something did need attention, it was fixed as soon as possible. The rooms are clean, and having a washer and dryer inside the unit was great. The windows had some issues in winter, which they planned to fix. Thanks, guys.

The heated underground parking was especially great in winter, and the location worked really well for us. There was lots of room to work, cook, and relax, and the suite felt like home right away. Thanks for making everything so easy, Cheryl. We can’t wait to stay again.

We had plenty of room for our four adults and one child, and the suite was clean, tidy, and set up just right for us. Cheryl was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions about Fort McMurray. We’ll definitely come back. It felt like our own little home away from home. We stayed twice this year while attending weddings. On one visit, we arrived very late after a long drive. Cheryl had told us she’d be there, and she was waiting when we arrived. She even helped carry our luggage to the room. HM.

I’ve stayed here for over a year and have no complaints. Everything I need is within walking distance. I’ll be back next spring.

The units are well kept, and the location is handy, close to all the amenities. I’ve rented here a couple of times, and the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
