We came to town for a couple of hockey games and the welcome made the trip feel special. Check-in was quick and easy, and the friendly staff had warm cookies and welcome bags for the players, plus cold drinks for the parents. Issac was attentive and around throughout, making sure everyone was looked after. Big thanks to Issac and the team. We’ve booked our next trip here already.

The general manager’s care really comes through in the kind staff, clean rooms, and little details that make guests feel valued. You don’t often meet someone so committed to making people feel welcome. My stay was wonderful from beginning to end, and I’m very grateful. Thank you for making this visit unforgettable!

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed the whole experience. Manager Isaac runs a great ship, and he and the staff were fantastic. I simply can’t fault the hotel. Well done, you give guests a fantastic stay.

On our three-week drive to Alaska, this was easily the best hotel experience. The rooms were spotless and well kept, the amenities were in good shape, and breakfast was delicious. You can tell the staff enjoy their work, and that positive energy comes through. Royce at the front desk was friendly and attentive, arranged a free room upgrade, and gave us Canadian coins for the laundry. Anthony was very hospitable at breakfast and went out of his way to help. When we left something behind, the woman at the desk sorted it out quickly. The coin laundry works well, though the whole building has only 2 washers and 2 dryers. The gym was clean and cold, with a bit more than just the basics.
