The bathroom sink leaked, and the sheets and mattresses were stained. The bathroom lights kept flickering; when I told the front desk, they tried to hand me a bulb to install myself. Getting room service to clean was like pulling teeth. This is easily one of the 2 worst places I’ve stayed, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for an extended stay.

I was charged a $200 damage deposit even though I paid with a visa, and it was never returned. Now they say they have no record of it. The rooms are awful: either far too hot or too cold, since the thermostat doesn’t work and there’s only a space heater to control the temperature. Cleaning happens once a week if you’re lucky. The doors are drafty and their locks don’t work. Stay far away.

I was a local working man in need of a place to stay, and this place came through for me. The manager was completely genuine, helpful, and friendly. I’d recommend him to everyone. Thank you 🙏🏼

The man at the desk was friendly when I checked in late, and he walked me to my room to check that the keycard worked with the new system. At $64 a night, I don’t feel I should complain, but I hope this feedback helps the owners make needed improvements. You can see they’ve already worked to make the place better, though it still needs more care. My room was mostly clean, but there was urine around the toilet and beard trimmings on the towel stand. There was writing on one wall, and the textured walls didn’t look like they were cleaned often. The room was very dark and had no wall sconces. There was no sheet behind the curtain, so I couldn’t let in daylight without people seeing inside. I also didn’t notice that the fridge was set to its highest level, and it froze everything I brought.
