Quartermain House Bed & Breakfast

Debra is a warm, welcoming host, and her breakfasts are delicious. The house is beautiful, with a real sense of history and an eye for detail throughout. I'd give our stay more than five stars if I could. An excellent place to stay!

Debra was helpful before and during our stay, sharing lots of information about restaurants and sights. Breakfast was homemade and amazing: fresh fruit, fruit cobbler, omelettes, toast, coffee, tea and juice. The house itself was gorgeous and full of history, and our room was nicely decorated, with a wonderful ensuite bathroom that had all the comforts of home and more. We were there for one night in September, and the location on one of the main roads made it easy to walk across the river on the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge for dinner and trails. We hope to stay again next time we're in Fredericton.

I slept incredibly well on the comfortable bed with excellent cotton bedding, and the soaker tub was a real treat. The homemade breakfasts were gorgeous too. Everything was meticulously cared for, quiet, regal in feel, and relaxing, with every detail thoughtfully handled. Debra was a gracious, easygoing host. I stayed here while attending a conference in downtown Fredericton, and it was an easy walk to the convention centre and city centre. I can't wait to return, spend more time skating and cross-country skiing, and explore Fredericton.

The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We absolutely loved staying here on our visit to Fredericton, and we're already looking forward to coming back.
