The hot tub was out of order while we were there. Also, bring your own cream for the coffee or tea in the room. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room and service were excellent.

The bed was so cozy, and I slept really well. I also enjoyed being pampered with the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The front desk made check-in a dream, and I loved the hospitality. Tim Hortons breakfast too, like, what? Shut the front door! Gracias Cedar Inn. I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed here off and on since around 1990 and have always had good experiences. This latest visit was so nice that I added several days. My room had just been renovated and was spotless, and the staff were really friendly. I'm kind of shocked by the bad reviews. Sure, the building is old, but it's well maintained. I'll keep coming back 🙂

We were disappointed to find out at check-in that the included breakfast was just a Tim Hortons coupon. I wish the hotel had been clearer about that. We also weren't told when booking that the hot tub didn't work. The room was huge, the bed was a little soft but comfortable enough for one night, and the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful.

It's a quick drive from the ferry terminal, and the rooms were comfortable for a night. JJ at reception was really friendly and patiently answered our questions. They helped with everything we needed, including an early check-in and somewhere to rest after checkout.
