We’ve brought a group of six adults and a baby here, and the backyard worked beautifully for hanging out. There’s an outdoor kitchen where we grilled burgers easily, plus a breakfast nook stocked with coffee, creamers, cereal, and snacks. We always make use of the clean hot tub, and there are bikes available too. The beach is down a fairly steep but short walk, Gibsons Landing is under four minutes away by car, and bus stops are nearby. We’ve been coming to Secret Beach inn and suites for six years, and every stay has been great. Deanna is a wonderful host who makes you feel welcome. The rooms and amenities are excellent. We’ve tried the forest, ocean, and otter rooms, and each has been cozy, comfortable, and supplied with what we needed. This is easily my favorite BnB, and we plan to return as long as Deanna will have us. Bring a Sunshine Coast mood and settle in for a little beach getaway.

Deanna’s place is cozy, and I loved the garden suite. The hot tub was great while we watched the neighborhood deer family wander nearby, and the outdoor shower was wonderful too. The beautiful beach, with great swimming, is just a five-minute walk away. Downtown Gibsons makes for a lovely walk of about 30 minutes, or an eight-minute drive. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back. Thanks for having us!

The garden hot tub was such a treat, and the location made it easy to get to beaches, shops, artists’ studios, restaurants, and hiking trails. Deanna was a fantastic host and made sure everything went smoothly. I only wish we’d been there in season so we could have seen the garden at its best. Our suite at Secret Beach B&B was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace made the room cozy, the soaker tub was lovely, and the kitchenette was just right. There’s also art by local artists throughout the room, with some pieces for sale.

The Forest Suite is spacious and nicely lit, with a mini kitchen, fridge, and electric fireplace. It opens onto a patio where you can use the hot tub and outdoor shower, though I didn’t get around to trying either. Deanna was thoughtful and made sure I had what I needed. Breakfast was good, and everything was very nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially in the suites. Thanks, Deanna!

It’s a peaceful, cozy place and I’d definitely like to return. Deanna, the owner, was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It is a bit out of the way, with a 25-30 minute walk to food or groceries. But Deanna said I could use the bikes outside the building, and I could reach food with a 10-15 minute ride. Thank you ❤️
