Ramon went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend special, and I had such a great experience from check-in through checkout. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the service was exceptional. I've found my new favourite hotel and will definitely come back. It'll be my go-to when I'm in the city. Highly recommend it.

Aryan checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean. We had a wonderful two-night stay, with the waterfront and other places within walking distance. Breakfast at the restaurant was amazing. Thanks again, we'll stay here again. Bonnie

The check-in was quick and friendly, and our spacious room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice feather pillows. The pool is small, but the water felt comfortable. There's a well-equipped little gym, though I couldn't turn on its TV, and the thermostat wouldn't adjust, so it was too warm.

Steven from Latitude and Layla at the front desk really made our stay special. Steven was amazing, and Layla was so kind and generous. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were treated like royalty: our room was upgraded to a king bed with a harbour view, and we got three free breakfasts and free champagne. It's been a great experience, and I'd gladly recommend the hotel for a getaway. Thank you so much from Terri & George Clark!

The room was nice and clean, but our evening at the pool was upsetting. I was there with two girls, aged 8 and 13, and our friend. Two couples, around 40-50, were also there, and one of the men took off his underwear in the pool. We had to leave. It's a shame there aren't cameras there, as it feels unsafe for women with children.
