The manager was great and made sure we had what we needed while staying for my son’s hockey tournament. Everyone was nice, and the room was extremely clean. We’ll book again for the next tournament.;;;;

We called the hotel to confirm what “Pet Friendly” meant after seeing that description online. They told us they accept dogs under 20 lbs but absolutely do not accept cats. We have one cat who weighs just 5.6 lbs and are coming to town for a Cat Show; she’d be with us at the show all day during the booking. We love dogs, but it’s hard to understand why they’ll take dogs and not our cat. They gave no reason on the phone, just a firm no. We’re now forced to cancel and find another place. If we hadn’t called, we could have arrived with our cat and been turned away, leaving very little time to find somewhere else while caring for an animal. It’s poor communication and understanding for a hotel calling itself “Pet Friendly,” and the booking sites should clearly say that only dogs are accepted. After reading the other reviews, it feels like we dodged a huge bullet. This kind of misrepresentation could cost the business money.

We made a booking mistake, lost our money, and got no customer service or compromise. They wouldn’t cancel, change the dates, or let someone else use the booking. There was no solution, just a nasty “too bad.” Very disappointing, and I should have checked the reviews first. Don’t stay here. I’ll tell the guys at the job site. There’s a short-term condo nearby that’s much better and clean.

To be fair, I haven’t stayed here. I spent two days trying to reserve a room, calling about five times each day, but no one answered and the voicemail wasn’t set up. I’m not even sure they’re still open.
