Residence & Conference Centre - Hamilton

Shane gave us such welcoming service and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved having two bedrooms, which would work well for families. In our case I used one as an office. The full fridge and cupboard space were also great for a longer stay. The place is near amenities and nice walking areas, and we felt safe in the neighborhood the whole time.

The room was immaculate, smelled fresh, and felt really inviting when I arrived. I’ve stayed at the Residence for years, but this visit felt even more special. I was greeted warmly, got the room I’d requested, and found all the staff friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to coming back.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the environment felt safe. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Chirag at the front desk stood out for being polite, attentive, and accommodating at every step, which made the stay much more pleasant. His professionalism gave me a sense of trust from check-in onward. I was very impressed by the whole team and the friendly, trustworthy way they treated me and everyone else I saw them interact with. Everything was delivered as promised.

The staff were incredibly nice, and the rooms were lovely, with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Since it’s a converted dorm, there’s a pool table, ping pong, and foosball available for free if you ask the front desk for the equipment. It was somewhat cold during our stay, though, because they had switched the dorm building to AC only.
