Jojo and the breakfast team were so kind and friendly, and the kitchen was spotless. There was a good range of breakfast foods, including scrambled eggs, omelets, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, bread, and fruit. The rooms felt clean and inviting, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a bathroom counter spacious enough for our toiletries. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool with its water slide. The service was top-notch throughout. At check-in, the receptionist kindly arranged for housekeeping to replace our bedding with a feather-free option. The manager was positive and friendly, and housekeeping were helpful and nice. Most of the staff seemed to enjoy their work and take pride in it. The service was even better than at some five-star hotels I've stayed in around the world. Thank you for a wonderful two-day stay at the Holiday Express in Hinton. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, reception was very helpful, and the night auditor was kind too. Breakfast was good and everyone enjoyed it, but there aren't many seats. You may have to beat the hockey teams there if you want to sit down. The pool is a good size and the water slide is fast, which the kids loved. The hot tub felt too small, with little seating. Bring towels, since there were never any at the pool and we had to go back to our rooms soaking wet each time. We stayed for our trip to Marmot. There was no mountain view at all, just buildings or a parking lot. All in all, it was a decent hotel.

We enjoyed our stay during a visit to Jasper and consider it one of the best parts of our vacation. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the property was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast had plenty of choices. Jojo, the kitchen host, and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The family could spend time at the well-kept pool and hot tub, which also has a water slide.

JoJo was very hospitable, and the evening and morning front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. I didn't catch their names or I'd mention them too. Breakfast had lots of variety and plenty of food. The rooms were excellent, practical, and thoughtfully set up. They were the cleanest we've experienced in a long time, without even a stray candy wrapper left behind. We had an excellent overnight stay on December 20, 2025, and this will definitely be our first choice in Hinton.

The staff were cheerful and ready to help, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean, with a gym, hot tub, heated pool, and fun water slide. I’d definitely stay again, whether passing through or taking a vacation. Hinton has everything you need, with amazing mountains and gorgeous skies around town. Jasper National Park is a scenic 15-20 minute drive away. Thanks to the whole Team for making our stay comfortable, especially Leanni, Vanessa, Gill, Mark, and everyone else. Much appreciated! :)
