Park Motel

We were pleased with our one-night stay. The owner was friendly and ready to help, and we got a renovated ground-floor room with new furniture. It was very clean, had a wood floor, and was smoke-free. Excellent room for the price. I’d recommend it and definitely book again.

Loved everything here. The renovated room was spacious, extra clean, and quiet. Everything was cared for, with no smells and not even dirt around the edges.

The staff were cheerful, attentive, and quick to sort out an issue I had with the TV. You can park your car and walk to the park. I’d definitely recommend this place and return.

Room 12 was a real find for an overnight stop on my drive from Langley, and it gave me a better start for the long trip to Smithers the next day. It was the lowest price in the area, yet the room and bathroom were immaculate. There was new plank flooring, a comfortable queen bed, snowy white linens and towels, and an extra blanket by the TV. The fridge was a good size and worked well, the air conditioner was fine, and the sink was new. The couch, coffee table, desk, swivel chair, and possible pullout couch left plenty of room. I also had a big window, blackout curtains, and my car right beside the door. It was very quiet inside and out, with no highway noise. I know motels can be noisier than hotels when people are above you or talking near the cars close to your door, but I had a quiet stay, perhaps because it was after the August long weekend and I don’t think anyone was upstairs. The office fellow, " Eaver" was friendly and obliging both on the phone and in person. Room 12 is the first one next to the office on the ground floor. This was a lovely part of my trip, and on the way back to the highway I went down " Wallace Street " and saw some of Hope, including local coffee shops. I’ll try and load cwo photos if my room.
