Ramsay at the front desk was a huge help when an accident closed the highway and stranded my daughters on their way to my home for Christmas. I called to get them a room, and he was happy to take the reservation and let me prepay, which was crucial. My daughters found check-in easy, the front desk staff very friendly, and their room clean and comfortable. They were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast choices. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and Dallas, who was working there, was attentive and upbeat with guests. The room was clean and fresh, and the staff friendly. It’s a pleasant, quiet place, and late checkout at 2 PM is available. Just be aware there’s no laundry room, which is really inconvenient, and the gym and pool are currently closed.

I had an uncomfortable stay because of the night audit staff member. Their negative expressions and unwelcoming manner made me feel I was being treated differently and that the behavior was unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and feel comfortable. I’d rather choose a smaller hotel next time, where guests are treated more warmly. I hope management addresses this so everyone feels respected and valued.

Our hockey team stayed for the weekend, and the staff were amazing and accommodating. They opened the breakfast bar early so the team could eat before the first game of the day. The rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.

We stayed midweek in October 2025 and were really impressed. The rate was reasonable, the room immaculate, and the beds comfortable. The shower had very good water pressure, breakfast had a good range of items, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
