The woman at the desk was very gentle, and I felt the hotel might have potential. Still, management would need to change, or the place would have to be torn down and rebuilt. As it is, it does nothing for the area's tourism image. My room smelled like someone had smoked in it for a month. When I opened the bed, the sheets were wrinkled, with hair on them and on the pillow, so I could tell they hadn't been changed. The place felt unmanaged and unpleasant, more like a truck stop. I don't think it even deserves two stars, and I can confirm what I read in other negative reviews. It's not somewhere I'd bring kids. It also felt disrespectful to guests, and it wasn't worth the money. Don't open the door onto the central corridor.

The outside looked neglected, and the room felt very dated, with worn-out furniture and a stale cigarette smell. Funny, since the owner was careful to check that we weren't smokers. We had a terrible night. We've paid less for places that were so much better. Avoid it. Awful.
