The staff were very good, and the rooms were clean, but a lot of the details made the stay annoying. My shower head was clogged, with low, uneven water pressure, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. I had to call room service to fix it after a seven-hour road trip. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel seemed dollar-store quality, if that. The closet was in the bathroom, which felt weird, and there were only paper cups, none in the bathroom, so I had to get some from the kitchenette. The coffee setup was a tangled mess on a low shelf, and the mini fridge had nothing in it, not even basics. The air conditioner was subpar, and the bed was much less comfortable than my one at home. The pillows were small and very thin, and even stacking three barely helped. Though I booked months ahead, only a king suite was available. The elevator needed a room key, a major pain when juggling luggage and digging it out of my purse. The recently renovated lobby and rooms have grey tones, and the in-room art looked dollar-store quality. Breakfast was mass-produced, flavorless, and barely worth having. There's no restaurant on site, so you have to go next door, where it's very loud.

Ashely and Arvinder at the front desk were incredibly helpful when my travel plans changed at the last minute. Great customer service and amenities, and the shuttle to the golf course was a nice bonus. I had a great stay and recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Dianne was patient and helpful while sorting out accommodations and parking, and the front desk staff were knowledgeable. The hotel offers paid long-term parking and an airport shuttle. The facility was clean, tidy, and professional, and the hot tub worked well while the pool area was clean.

The lobby coffee station was a nice extra, and breakfast was free with a good range of options. The staff were welcoming and friendly from check-in through check-out. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The location was handy for dining and travel. Good value, and I'd stay here again.
