We stayed last week and had a really good experience. The hotel is brand new, and the hot tub and pool were lovely. My daughters had a great time. We booked a room with a bunk bed, which got my kids so excited. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kelowna twice now, and my boyfriend and I keep coming back for a reason. The service was superb: every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, and we felt well looked after the whole time. The hotel feels brand new, with a luxurious, modern atmosphere. Everything was spotless, stylish, and beautifully maintained. It’s also exceptionally pet-friendly, and they genuinely welcome animals, which made travelling with ours smooth and stress-free. That kind of welcome is hard to find. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kelowna, especially with pets.

We used the usual towels and bedding during our quick overnight stay, and took two wine glasses from the cupboard for use. After we left, we got a call asking why we’d taken those things from the room, which is ridiculous. The staff seemed unfriendly and too busy to attend to guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values honest, helpful customer service.

Brand new, sparkling clean, and the service was great. The staff are lovely, especially Yuan at the front desk, who gave top-tier service. Five out of five, and I highly recommend it for a trip to Kelowna!

Getting around is easy from here, whether you’re shopping or travelling elsewhere. There’s a supermarket right beside the place, the bus stop is very close, and the mall is a short walk away. The location is really great. I’ll come back.
