The hotel was well maintained, and the new rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and I'd go back, though there were some odd gaps in the setup. There was nowhere to put clothes or suitcases, which seems like a problem in a room that could sleep six. The bathroom had no hooks or place for soap. It looked good but wasn't fully functional, almost like an AI-generated hotel room. Our ground-floor room opened onto a prison-like patio, all concrete and wood with no view, though we weren't there for the view. We were also expected to take out our garbage.

The front desk staff were exceptional, always friendly and greeting us whenever we passed. Margaret is the only name I remember, and she was so lovely to deal with. We had an amazing week at the resort, right at the base of the tbar. The room worked great for our family of four. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and both were clean and well maintained.

I always feel at home in the one- or two-bedroom suites, with their roomy kitchens and comfortable setup. I love Kimberley and always stay at Mountain Spirit resort, including for my honeymoon and trips around BC. I'd recommend the resort for its great customer service and facilities.

We stayed five days and loved the clean, lovely space, the mountain view, and having a full kitchen. The heated pool was nice and clean, and the ski lift was a one-minute walk away.

The exercise room really needs work. The rest of the place was great, with two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a full kitchen, living room, and a comfortable deck. There’s also underground parking, a pool, and a hot tub.
