We stopped here overnight on our drive across Saskatchewan from Alberta to get to a weekend wedding. The room was clean and had what we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The kids had several TV channels to watch, and breakfast was included, which was great. I wish they’d had fresh fruit and coffee cream, but otherwise it was easy and good. My kids loved the waffle maker lol.

The room was clean and breakfast was good, but getting a text at 7am asking when we were checking out wasn’t appreciated. Some people want to sleep in and skip breakfast. We already know the checkout time, and the reminder felt rude, like they were trying to rush us out. I’d also suggest serving breakfast from 6 to 10, instead of ending at 9am.

The hotel is dated, but the clean rooms, friendly service, and helpful staff make up for it. We came with a large group of kids and adults, and they made sure we could enjoy ourselves without affecting other guests’ stay.
