We were very happy with how kind and hardworking the staff were, and the building and amenities were cleaned regularly and properly. The hotel exceeded our already high expectations. I only missed having a microwave in the room, though there are plenty of options in the hotel, including the helpful kitchen, restaurant, and Starbucks. A fantastic choice, and thanks again.

The room was just okay, with a noisy heating fan and no complimentary water. It could use maintenance. Our Starbucks drinks were poorly made too, the person preparing them didn’t stir them, so the coffee stayed on top. Staff elsewhere were accommodating and good. One night would be fine, but I wouldn’t suggest a longer stay.

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the omelette station, and Edgar and Kanish provided excellent service. The renovated hotel looks fresh and modern, with clean, comfortable rooms, a pleasantly warm pool, and a Peloton in the gym. Hardeep, Nadeen and Gayathri at the front desk were particularly friendly and helpful. I did have a brief exchange with night staff member Monowara when I asked a simple question; she seemed rude and distant and didn’t really help. Still, that didn’t affect my overall experience, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay in a really spacious room. There were leftovers in the fridge when we arrived, so cleaning could've been better. I also wish there were a hot tub by the pool. Otherwise, a great place.

A decent visit overall. The restaurant and its food and service were pretty good, while the gym was only just okay. Too bad there’s no hot tub.
