The Repotel group confirmed our booking for the Henry VI location, then cancelled it an hour later, saying there were no rooms. They wouldn't honor our confirmation number, so at 11 pm, in pouring rain, we had to drive another 15 minutes to this Airport location. The conditions here were deplorable. There was hair on the walls, bugs on the floor, and no sign of upkeep. Cups and mugs were left open to possible COVID-related illnesses. I think even a bus shelter would have been cleaner. And yes, that is a bottle opener mounted on the wall. The photos tell the story. With a McDonald's right beside it, this place has all the three-star glamour you'd expect. I'd strongly suggest sleeping in your vehicle, a tent, or a homeless shelter instead.

The room heater wasn't pleasant. It kicked on randomly overnight to maintain a set temperature, and made enough noise to wake me up. The underground parking did help during the snowstorm. It wasn't enclosed or heated, but it kept snow from piling up on the car.

The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were so friendly. Even arriving after midnight, we got checked in quickly. The concierge was pleasant and accommodating. Thanks for the stay.

That silky, fluffy blanket tucked away in the drawer deserves five stars 🤩🥰 Also, McDonald's is right next door 🙂↔️

The hotel itself isn't anything special, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All that for a reasonable price!
