The new apartment is well supplied for breakfast and light meals, and there’s a BBQ too. From our balcony, we had a fabulous view of the port.

The fjord view was absolutely stunning, and the location was great. Those are the reasons I gave it three stars. The bed cover was dirty, the faucet was broken, and the old sofa had an unpleasant smell. Summer heat can also be overwhelming unless you’re comfortable with high temperatures. For what we got, it felt too expensive.

The view is gorgeous, and the location is exceptional, close to the main harbour and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. This is a well equipped self-catering unit with a nice pool, fire pits, and a BBQ area. The WiFi was decent too; I had a work video call and everything worked well.

The staff were friendly once they arrived, which is why I gave two stars. We had to take out our own trash, and the place was closed from 7 PM to 9 AM. That left us waiting for hours to pay and check out, and we ended up late. The rooms were dated, the furniture was cheap, and even the lightbulbs didn't match.

In a beautiful part of Quebec, this hotel is a real gem. The Bistro dr L'Anse, The Creperie, and the restaurant associated with the hotel are all worth a visit. The food was great, prices reasonable, and everyone welcoming. Take the navette to Tad for a day there; the via ferrata was fun too.
