Our host was energetic, friendly, helpful, and always around when needed. The room was comfortable and nicely put together, with modern touches and cool light fixtures. The bathroom had a curved-door shower, a one-person soaking tub, and a nice finish. The towels and linens were great, including silk sheets and fleece robes. Breakfast was unbelievable each morning: a smoothie, two delicately prepared courses, then something sweet. Coffee and tea were provided, and we could eat inside or on the deck, both with wide-open views of the St. Lawrence. A very, very nice place, highly recommended.

There are plenty of beautiful sights and a great range of things to do within an hour's drive, so this is a great base for exploring what is arguably Quebec's most beautiful region. The old-fashioned hospitality, superb breakfasts, and extremely comfortable rooms make you want to stay longer.

I've stayed at a lot of B&Bs, and this is the best one I've experienced. The host was the most helpful I've ever met, the breakfasts were out of this world, and every room has stupendous views of the Saint Lawrence river.
