We loved staying here. The rooms are quiet and spacious, and although it’s only minutes from the main road, the place feels quite secluded.

The reception was nice, and the hotel is old but clean. It’s well located, with restaurants just a minute away by car. Don’t expect a full buffet, though the breakfast is acceptable. It’s cozy, and I felt very comfortable there. The only real issue was how noisy the air conditioner was when I turned it on.

The hotel is sparklingly clean, the grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly. It’s close to the casino and the waterfront, with plenty of nice cafes and bistros nearby. But I’ll look for somewhere else when I return to La Malbaie. We stayed in room 206 from August 25th to 28th, and the bed sagged on one side, making all three nights uncomfortable. I emailed the hotel and got no response. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. I’ve had much better at Holiday inn Express, and the coffee was spectacularly awful.

The room was clean and the location was very nice. I was unlucky that the pool was closed, and breakfast could use a little improvement in its content. But I’m so grateful for the service. The staff were amazing when my son and I had a little accident. They were there for us and didn’t let me down. They literally saved my trip. Thank you so much!

We felt very comfortable and welcome here. The rooms were clean and nice, and the welcome was friendly. It was a well-run place and one of the nicest hotels on our trip. Too bad we were only there for one night.
