The fireplace and spa made our getaway feel like a dream, and the sofa was so comfortable. We loved the big windows and doors, and the beds were comfy too. There was music and lighting to welcome us when we arrived, which set a great mood. The chalet itself is beautiful, and Steen, the owner, was wonderful. A 10/10 stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Umari with our kids a few years ago. I especially liked how close it is to the Tremblant north side parking lot. Getting to the mountain for first tracks was extremely convenient.

I’m giving one star because of how the company handled my cancellation. I emailed several times to cancel my December reservation and never got a reply. Calls to the number on their website went straight to voicemail each time, so I’m left wondering whether anyone handles customer service at all. They charged me 50% of the total when I booked, and according to their cancellation policy, I should receive a full refund if I cancel 7 days before check-in. Cancelling has seemed impossible. Umari, please sort this out if you’re reading reviews. The cancellation process has been a total nightmare. Be careful before booking.

It felt like home away from home, only much better designed and so comfortable. Steen put so much care into her design details, and made our stay feel special. We had an amazing time at Umari Casa. Thank you!

My husband and I had a truly magical stay. Everything was perfect, and your home had everything we needed and then some. We can’t wait to come back next year for our anniversary.
