We spent three nights here for our honeymoon, and the staff did so much to make it feel special. They were kind and easy to talk to, and were very accommodating with my husband’s food allergies. Our room and the rest of the facility were immaculate. The food was divine, whether we ate at Walliser Stube, Lakeview Lounge, Alpine Social, Louiza, or ordered room service. We also visited the Basin a couple of times, which I can’t recommend enough. The Afguss sauna with the sauna master was friggen epic. Shopping was great too, and there was hardly any reason to leave the grounds. Between relaxing, pretty walks, and the sport rentals, we could easily have spent a week here. Thanks to everyone. We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is beautiful, and I especially loved the spa in winter. The service was five stars, and I could just text instead of calling. They arranged everything for us, including ski transport and looking after our equipment. The restaurants were consistently great, from breakfast through dinner. Lake Louise itself is so beautiful too. I’d love to come back in summer and see the blue lake.

The views and accommodations were breathtaking, but what made our visit so special was the care from the staff. From the moment we arrived, it felt like everyone knew we were coming and was ready for us. We wish we’d noted every name, because so many people deserve praise. Erika looked after afternoon tea, Particia at breakfast, Sara for drinks, Jeremy at ski valet, Steve for equipment rentals, and Charlotte from concierge. The two people working the basement restaurant on Monday night 23 Feb were especially impressive, working like machines while giving us excellent service. It felt like an adult Disneyland, and we’re already excited to book our next stay.

We were here for our anniversary, and the hotel and staff made it feel really special. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, with great views, and we had fun with the free activities. The ski shuttle was an added bonus and always arrived on time. We loved the new spa too, and highly recommend it.

Skating on Lake Louise in winter was unforgettable, and the hotel’s skates were excellent. The children’s snow activities and s’mores also gave the kids lasting memories. Service at check-in and checkout was flawless, and everything happened exactly when promised: room service at 7:00 PM arrived at 7:00 PM, and luggage pickup requested for 1:00 PM came right then. The Gold Lounge, food, room condition, location, and views were all fantastic. As an Accor Platinum member who has stayed at many Accor hotels around the world, I found this was the best, and I’ll definitely return. The newly opened Basin Glacial Waters spa was the best spa experience of my life, and I highly recommend it. Staying at the Fairmont on Lake Louise was beyond imagination.
